Specialized Valuations

We routinely provide specialized valuation services, such as:

Enhanced Earnings Capacity/Professional Licenses/Advanced Degrees - Analysis of an individual's enhanced earnings capacity and the determination of value for professional licenses, advanced educational degrees, and career attainments.

Stock Options - We provide valuation services of qualified and non-qualified stock options. We also compute the marital/separate apportionment of the value.

Qualified/Non-Qualified Retirement Plans - We provide valuation services regarding qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans primarily for purposes of matrimonial litigation and for estate and gift tax planning. The services in the matrimonial arena include the proper allocation of plan values and balances between their separate and marital property components.
