Meredith Brinkmann

Meredith co-leads a team of more than 20 professionals providing advisory and accounting services to businesses and not for profits. She brings a unique blend of experience that includes starting up restaurants, catering companies and a boutique hotel in the Hudson Valley; product and operational consulting for other startups; as well as having worked and consulted for both Hudson Valley and Capital District accounting firms before joining the CFO for Hire team at BST. She has brought two European startups into the U.S. resulting in a successful acquisition for both, with one going public on the TSX and NASDAQ. Meredith is also a subject matter expert related to Fiscal Intermediary (self-direction) programming for not for profits having helped many agencies move from a manual process to an automated, cloud-based systems.

Having either started, owned, or operated multiple businesses on her own or on behalf of clients, Meredith understands the total accounting and business operations of new and existing companies. She is particularly knowledgeable of the special needs of startups, the hospitality sector as well as not for profits.
