John C. Gross
For over 40 years John Gross has been providing clients with the insights they need to minimize their tax burden and to prosper financially. He brings to the table a diverse background in corporate tax, multi-state tax planning, tax representation, and resolution, income tax accounting matters, mergers and acquisitions consulting, compensation matters, and transaction structuring. In addition, he has served as an expert witness in various taxation and litigation matters and has experience working with the IRS to resolve tax controversies.
Prior to serving the clients as Partner of BST Co., John was the Tax Director for Trans World Entertainment Corporation and a Tax Managing Director for KPMG.
Originally from Pittsfield, MA, he now resides in Altamont, NY. He is the proud father of four daughters and a son and grandfather to four grandchildren. Outside of the office, John likes to garden, golf, and stay healthy and fit.
